On this page you will find the links to enable you to register with Patient Access. This system allows you to order repeat medications, book appointments and keep your contact details up to date. In order to register to use this service, you will need to show some photographic identification to a member of our reception team who will then be able to print off your unique registration key. Once you have this key, you'll be able to logon to Patient Access and access your details. Once you are set up with the service you can also download the Patient Access application for your mobile phone or tablet - available for IOS and Android. Please note that any prescription requested will still need to be signed (either electronically or by hand) by a GP and therefore we ask you request them at least 48 hours before they are required. Due to the complexities of nurse appointments, you are only able to book blood tests online.
