You can order you repeat prescriptions in any of the following ways. Ordering online is the safest and quickest way to order your repeat prescription. This means your request goes straight to your named GP and removes the need to our admin team to transcribe the request. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request and send electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.
1. Online using the NHS App. For those who can use the NHS App (or web portal) this is our preference as this enables you to also book appointments, check your vaccination status, Covid Pass and check your medical records. Information on how to access the NHS App is at the bottom of this email.
2. In writing. Simply complete and drop in the right hand side of your repeat slip into our post box at the front of the building at any time of day or night.

For those patients who are entirely housebound and who have no access to online services or someone who can drop in their prescription for them we will make allowances.
