Total triage means that every healthcare request will be reviewed by a GP, to ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate care at the right time, whether that is a same-day appointment, routine booking, or advice from another healthcare professional.
In order to ensure that each request is dealt with correctly we will be asking for more information than we currently do. The the most efficient way of doing this will be via a form on our website. If you are unable to use this method then you will still be able to contact the surgery by phone or in person and a member of our team will be able to complete the form with you.
