From 5th January 2026, we are changing how patients access care. All healthcare requests will be reviewed by our clinical team, to ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate care at the right time, whether that is a same-day appointment, routine booking, or advice from another healthcare professional.
During our opening hours, you will still be able to contact us:

- by phone
- or in person
Our reception team will always be available to help.
To help us do this safely and fairly, we will be asking for a little more information about your health concern when you contact us, this process is referred to as a total triage system.

All patient comments will be reviewed, collated and published on our ‘Common questions’ page on our website.
