Anyone who is pregnant or has had a baby and lives in Torbay and South Devon can now call a new maternity hotline if you need urgent medical advice and help from a midwife.The new Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust maternity triage line is available 24-hours, seven days a week for anyone who is more than 12 weeks pregnant or has had a baby in the past 28 days.You will be able to talk to a midwife if you’re experiencing cramping, bleeding, reduced baby movements, your waters have broken, or labour has begun, or are concerned about anything else related to your pregnancy or recent birth.
